It is a 0-100 grade of how fundable your deck looks to a seed-stage investor, based on market size, problem and solution fit, defensibility, unit economics and traction. Below 55 means the deck will likely be passed on as written. 55 to 75 means the story holds but the proof does not. Above 75 means you are ready to run a process.
